Widdison Building Permits is owned and operated by Ballarat locals Aaron and Stacey Widdison.
Operating in the Ballarat region, trading since 2016 we strive to support local business where we can and have a keen interest in environmentally friendly solutions.
With a young family ourselves, we understand that the work /life balance is important as we all know, our kids will be grown up in no time.
On lunch breaks you can find any number of our team members upstairs having a hit of table tennis. The competition can be fierce but is good fun and enjoyed by all.
AFL Teams we follow – Melbourne Demons, and Essendon Bombers.
The Widdison Building Permits Team
Aaron (Director and registered Building Surveyor), was originally a carpenter with one of Ballarat’s largest construction companies. With almost 10 years in the building industry he made the switch to Building Inspecting/Surveying back in 2007. Completing his Diploma of Building Surveying at The Gordan in 2010 followed by an Advanced diploma of Building Surveying at Holmesglen in 2011.
Matt (Registered Building Inspector) joined the team in 2019 and completed his Advanced Diploma of building Surveying at Federation University in 2022. With previous experience in the construction industry Matt is an integral part of the team, carrying out inspections, answering queries and assessing jobs alongside Aaron.
Stacey manages accounts, payroll and offers administration support when required.
Roshelle, commencing employment with Widdison Building Permits back in early 2021 completes our admin/reception team.
